Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tamsed, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content in Tamil. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Since our products are digital courses and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read the course curriculum and description.
• Watched any available preview videos to evaluate the teaching style.
• Understood that lifetime access is provided instantly.

2. Exceptions (Technical Errors Only)

We only consider refund requests under the following specific technical circumstances:

• Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
• Transaction Failure: If the amount was deducted from your bank account but you did not receive course access within 24 hours.

In such cases, please contact our support team immediately with proof of payment (Transaction ID or Bank Statement).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

To avoid any confusion, we strictly will not process refunds for the following reasons:

• Instructor Credentials: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, our courses are taught by self-taught individuals. Dissatisfaction with an instructor's lack of formal corporate experience or academic degree is not a valid reason for a refund.
• Certificate Accreditation: Our certificates are for completion acknowledgment only. We will not refund users who claim they thought the certificate was university-accredited or a valid diploma.
• Teaching Style or Preference: We provide preview videos for you to assess the content before buying. We do not offer refunds simply because you do not like the instructor's teaching style or pace.
• Lack of Career Results: Not getting a job, internship, or freelance client after taking our course does not qualify for a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since this is a one-time payment for lifetime access, there is no subscription to cancel. Once enrolled, you have permanent access to the materials, and no further payments will be deducted.

5. Course Content Scheduling

Tamsed is an evolving platform. While core lessons are available immediately, some advanced modules or bonus content may be released on a scheduled basis (drip-feed content) to ensure high quality.

The fact that some future modules are "Scheduled for Update" at the time of purchase does not constitute grounds for a refund, as you are purchasing lifetime access to the curriculum as it grows.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved for a valid technical reason (as mentioned in Section 2):

• The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
